Onion Dip Recipe
Did you know that one tablespoon or 6 grams of green onion has only one calorie? Essentially, green onions will not contribute to your total calorie intake per day. Try this delicious onion dip recipe.
| Ingredients: |
* 1 large bunch of green onions, chopped
* 1/8 cup fresh milk
* 16-oz. package cream cheese, softened
* 1 tsp chicken bouillon crystals or 1 cube chicken bouillon
* 1 tsp beef bouillon crystals or 1 cube beef bouillon
* 3/4 tsp garlic powder
* salt and pepper to taste
* dash of Worcestershire sauce

Place milk and onions in a blender and puree until smooth. In a mixing bowl, place cream cheese and soften more using a hand mixer. Slowly pour pureed onion mix in the bowl. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours. Taste and add more spices if needed then re-mix. Makes a great dip for vegetables or crackers.
