Salsa and Cream Cheese Dip
Try this simple salsa and cream cheese dip recipe. Cream cheese is a sweet, soft white cheese that has at least 33% milk fat. Some cream cheeses are seasoned with garlic, dill, chives, olives and smoked salmon. Cream cheese is different from other soft cheeses like Neufchatel and Brie in the sense that cream cheese is not naturally matured. In addition, cream cheese is meant to be eaten fresh.
Salsa and Cream Cheese Dip Recipe

* 8 oz. softened cream cheese
* 8 oz. salsa (preferably with cilantro)
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix three ingredients well and refrigerate for at least an hour. This delicious dip is a great dip for chips and vegetables.
