Recipe for White Chili
Below is a delicious slow cooker recipe for white chili whose ingredients you can simply throw into a slow cooker.
Many recipes requiring the use of a slow cooker are very easy to make since all you really need to do is put all the ingredients in the slow cooker. You hardly do any preparation at all. In addition, you don’t need to watch the slow cooker. It’s safe to leave the slow cooker; you come back to it after a few hours, when its contents are cooked.

* 2 lb white meat chicken, cut into small pieces
* 8 cups great northern beans
* 1 16-oz jar chunky salsa
* 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
* 2 tsp ground cumin
* salt and white pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and simmer on low for 4 hours or until chicken is done. If mixture becomes very thick, add water. Serve with warm tortillas or Mexican or Southwestern entrees.
